Memulai karirnya sebagai OD Specialist pada sebuah Consulting Firm lokal sejak mahasiswa dan diterima di Price WaterHouse setelah lulus dari Universitas Indonesia. Dalam 10 tahun kemudian ia juga berkiprah sebagai headhunter senior management ketika bekerja di KPMG Consulting dan Coopers & Lybrand.

Ia pernah dipercaya memimpin sebuah group dengan lebih dari 47 anak perusahaan dengan posisi terakhir sebagai Chief Operating Officer yang bertanggungjawab atas annual revenue perusahaan sekitar 100 juta US Dollar.

Dalam 7 tahun terakhir aktif di berbagai pelatihan & seminar bagi lebih dari 18.000 eksekutif. Ia dikenal sebagai trainer yang sangat tajam dalam memberikan debrief, ditambah keluasan wawasannya pada masalah bisnis & perusahaan. Saat ini ia merupakan Managing Partner dari INSpira Consulting.
